Took my daughters to get their hair done they had an appointment at 11AM and Marie was not there. Still patient waited and then I had to step out and my daughters were there for 8 hours because they took advantage of knowing they were kids and I wasn’t present so they took advantage bunch of clients in between who came and left and my children had to wait hours for them to accommodate other people who I have no idea if they had an appointment or not but still why have appointment aid your stopping with my children to start with someone else after. Then when it came to paying I was asked what price didn’t see when I booked the appointment??? Shouldn’t you know your prices? My daughter hates her hair the lace part was showing and it looked like a helmet on one side of her hair nothing like the picture! We will not be returning.
